Operation Brightside

This is a city wide activity that encourages residences to get out an clean your alley, streets and parks. The city arranges a number of extra pickups of both trash and yard waste. Planting in public places is also encouraged.
 

Benton Park has been designated as Region 2.  So meet your neighbors outside that Saturday morning and help clean-up our neighborhood!  

This annual campaign helps make St. Louis a cleaner, more beautiful place to live.  This in turn, attracts people to the city and helps make the city and Benton Park a more attractive a more attractive place to live.

Block Captains have an easy job—talking to their neighbors. To help communicate information and to coordinates action with the city and the neighborhood. It’s as simple as that.
